Tim is a successful senior manager with extensive experience in project development and establishment of new business, specialising in circular economy infrastructure.

An early career in engineering and design in the packaging industry progressed into consultancy and regional development strategy, including the development of regional projects for resource efficiency, recycling, renewable energy and low carbon manufacturing.

His strong influencing skills demonstrating the ability to get diverse stakeholders together to achieve a successful project outcome.

He was the Winner of the 2010 CIWM Midlands Centre Chairman’s award for outstanding contributions to the waste and resources management industry in the West Midlands.

His specialties include Low Carbon, Waste and Resource Management, Renewable Energy, Plastic Recycling and Processing Infrastructure

Andy brings over 30 years’ experience in sustainable manufacturing and systems to SCG, along with his passion and commitment to sustainability.

He has been recognised as an IEMA Fellow and Circular Economy Steering Group member, a Sustainability West Midlands Green Business Leader, and is a proven leading practitioner on a local, national and international basis.

He’s also advised government departments and NGO’s on policy, is a visiting university lecturer, and a multi-award winner in his sector.

Graham brings a vast amount of experience and qualifications to the team. Over the period of his professional career he has held several senior positions in the automotive and plastic manufacturing supply chains, subsequently working with the British Plastics Training Association and leading on business investment for Coventry and Warwickshire.

Kevin is the managing director of Impact Solutions where he has been responsible for the growth of the business over the last 10 years and the commercialisation of a number of innovative spin out companies. He is a former president of the Scottish Plastic and Rubber Association and is a regular contributor to technical conferences and public consultations on polymers.

Kevin brings a wealth of operational, technical and management experience gained in a career spanning almost 30 years in FMCG, Engineering and the Recycling industry.

Steven is the commercial director of Impact Solutions where he has led the technical development and commercialisation of a range of technologies for plastic recycling, including Impact Recycling and the BOSS technology.  Steven continues to spearhead the development of new technologies, in the field of plastics, biomass and battery recycling with a number of granted patents which have been commercialised via JV’s and licence agreements.

Steven was instrumental in the development of the BSI 6228 Flex standard, allowing (for the first time) the actual determination of recycled content in a plastic product. This has now been included our SSP certification scheme, utilising Steven’s expertise to ensure a robust certification process.

Steven sits on the BSI PRI 89 standards committee and represents BSI on international committees including the ISO technical committee for mechanical and chemical recycling as well as the CEN committee for Plastics Recycling.

Adrian has over 40 years of international experience, much of it gained working in the speciality chemicals industry in a number of roles ranging from pure R&D to New Product Development, Manufacturing, Technology & Knowledge Transfer, Innovation Leadership and International Marketing & Communications.  Over the last 18 years he has combined his experience within these roles to help minimise the impact of society's behaviour through his work in the areas of innovation, sustainability, the circular economy and industrial symbiosis.

He has recently retired from Plastics Europe where he held the role Senior Resource Efficiency Manager for the last 10 years. He continues working in the environmental sector acting as a change maker; working with governments, the research community and small medium and large enterprises to secure the circularity of all materials and optimise their use in the most sustainable manner to meet society’s needs both today and leaving a planet where future generations can thrives.

A specialist in cross sectoral partnership development, John is a Chartered Environmentalist, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Wastes Management, member of the International Society for Horticultural Science and the International Society of Industrial Ecology.

He has over 20 years as an applied environmentalist, with specific expertise in waste and resource management, clean technology development and renewable biomass energy systems.
